In the mid-1990s, advancements in efficiency, capacity and reliability transformed the way frozen beverages could be produced and served. FBD’s proprietary frozen beverage dispenser technology was developed to meet the needs of retailers seeking higher output, lower operating costs, and dependable equipment they could trust in high-demand environments.
Scaling a Global Category
Frozen beverages quickly became an essential part of modern beverage programs across quick-serve restaurants, convenience stores, and entertainment venues. As demand increased, FBD expanded its engineering capabilities, manufacturing capacity, and global footprint to support category growth. Trusted by approximately 80 percent of the world’s frozen beverage retailers, FBD manufactures its products from a state-of-the-art, 140,000 square foot facility in San Antonio, Texas.

A Worldwide Infrastructure Built for Growth
Over the past three decades, FBD scaled internationally with sales and service offices in Dallas, San Antonio, Atlanta, Eindhoven, Hong Kong, Singapore and Adelaide. Production and R&D facilities in San Antonio and Shenzhen support continued innovation, and provide a global infrastructure capable of serving major retailers across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
