We're gonna go over how to access the menus and the basic user interfaces of FBD equipment. Here, we have a 773 unit, equipped with a video door, and a 771 multi flavor. We'll start with the 773 unit. Along the bottom of the merchandiser.

You see the flavors, depending on the status of the barrel, the status will be overlaid on the flavors. This unit's currently ready, so it doesn't show a message, it just shows the product to be dispensed. If this unit had a barrel that was defrosting, for instance, it would have a message overlaid on the barrel that was defrosting. Similarly, status messages on the multi flavor are shown at the bottom center of the display.

If we see a status message and we need to investigate further, we can open the, lift the merchandiser, to access the main unit interface. Here we have the main unit interface on the 773. This style of unit interface is consistent across the 37X and the 77X series. To the left of the display, we have the stop all button.

Pressing this button once will bring up the stop all barrels prompt. And you can confirm, or you can press the button twice, to stop all barrels. Above and below the display we have selection buttons that change with the context of the menu. The word will be displayed above or below the button to show what its action is.

On the right, we have the up and down yellow arrows that let us navigate and scroll through the menus. And we have the green check mark, which makes selections. Along the top of the display, in the main menu here, we have the barrel status, the barrel number, and the barrel status. Currently the barrels are turned off.

We also have the QR code to access service information, the date and time, the model number, and the serial number. If there's any urgent status messages, they'll be displayed scrolling through the bottom of the screen. We can also see the status next to each barrel. We can select the barrel to see the pop-up menu, where we can turn the barrel on.

We can defrost the barrel, we can refill or change the flavor. We can also access the main menu. We'll scroll down and access the main menu. Selecting menu.

We can see the readouts menu and other available options. We'll go into readouts. This shows some status information of the unit for the sensors and pressures. We'll go back.

We can cycle through the barrels, bringing up the pop-up menu for each one. Turn the barrels back on, freeze it down. Now the unit's frozen down and we'll move on to the video door interface. To get into the menu, we have to unlock the door.

This consists of touching on each corner, starting in the top left going clockwise. This'll bring up the menu controls. There's a timeout between each touch, so you have to do this touch pattern fairly quickly. With the controls on screen we can see we have access to lock the door, which will make the controls go away and put the door back into service.

We can reboot. This question mark will give us access to instructions on how to use the door. If we're ever lost we can always just hit the question mark. We have some tools in the middle that are used for diagnostics.

We have video selection arrows. This'll allow us to cycle through the videos if there's multiple available. And then at the bottom, we have the flavor cards. Touching on the left of the flavor card goes to the left, touching on the right goes to the right.

We can use these touch controls to cycle through the flavor cards and match them to the barrel when we change flavors. When we're all done, we can lock the screen and it's back in service. On the multi flavor unit, we have a touchscreen interface that's critical to the unit operation. As the customer uses this to select the product and dispense.

This is in addition to the standard interface on the unit where we can control the barrels and see status. We also have ADA controls that can control the flavor selection and dispense the product. Now we'll access the store personnel menu, where we can configure flavors and clean the display. To do this, we have to swipe around the edges of the display, starting in one corner and finishing in the same corner.

You can start in any corner and go either direction, but you can not lift your finger while doing this gesture. We'll be presented with a passcode prompt. To access the store personnel menu, we'll enter the code three, two, three. Now we're presented with several many options including change graphics, clean display, information, and status.

Going into change graphics lets us configure the graphics to match the products in the unit. We can select the graphic we'd like to change. And we're presented with options. If we select the base flavor, we're presented with base flavor options.

We can go about configuring the flavors as needed to match the products in the barrel. We can also change the background color. Once our configuration is complete, we can hit the back arrow. We'll be presented with the loading prompt as the unit accepts the changes you've made.

We also have the clean display option. This is useful for cleaning the display on the unit as needed. This'll bring up a timer that'll allow you to wipe down the touch screen. During this time, the touch screen is disabled, so no unwanted touches can occur.

We recommend spraying the cleaner onto a soft towel and then wiping the display down. To get back to the dispense interface, we can hit the back arrow or we can always use the home button.
